Lovely stay.
Ismail on reception was very welcoming and informative. Room looked onto the river which was lovely. Rooms were spotless. Extra bonus was having a fridge. Only downside, the housekeeper left no tea and coffee, but easily rectified by reception.

Check in was busy which was fine, our rooms corridor had an awful smell there were no alternative rooms available due a conference being on in the hotel The smell continued to be there thought the whole stay it was quite unpleasant
