The location was perfect - just a short walk to the exhibition centre. Views were lovely over the river. Great room. The bar staff were very slow and unhelpful.

Wonderful checkin experience. Helpful staff. Parking is expensive but easy to do. Breakfast was really quite good. Beats the other hiltons at double the price in the city a mile along the road. Helpful staff. Would recommend.

I was given room 223 initially, right behind the lift shaft and i could hear their movement. I'm a light sleeper so asked to be moved. There were no issues with this and i got a key to room 229 a little further along the hall. This room was fine. It was clean and tidy but starting to show it's age with scuffs and marks here and there. Very handy for the OVO and about a 30 minute walk along the riverside into Glasgow centre.

TV didn't work so after I attended the show at the hydro me and my partner had the pleasure of staring at the walls.....chairs in the room were extremely stained aswell............a true shame as the overall feel of the hotel was lovely....we were given a complimentary drink and breakfast however the whole tv situation was severely disappointing
