My stay at the holiday in riverside

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was lovely and the bed was really comfy ..the only issue I have is the heating system in the room. It was blowing cold air all night. Couldn't get it warm. . tried to do what It says to do. But still couldn't get warm air to come out. A sheltered smoking area should be made in all hotels rather than have us stand out at the front of hotel ..

The hotel inside was excellent with very respectful and efficient staff who offered a wealth of information. The breakfast was first class and well presented Unfortunately, the hotel is located in an area of Glasgow which is still being redeveloped and in serious need of improvement however, it was only a short walk to the centre and good attractions

Our room was very cold has the heating didn’t work but staff give us a heater, The hotel was very cold down stairs at the bar & breakfast room the staff tried to put the heating up but nothing happened

Fantastic stay

Fantastic stay. Reception staff upon check in and out were very friendly and helpful. The room its self was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Comfortable bed, plenty of clean towels along with tea and coffee sachets, and iron and hair dryer also provided. Wifi very easy to access along with a TV. Parking was near the hotel, very easy ro access and great discounted rate provided by hotel. The breakfast in the morning was served during a good timeslot, very well stocked and laid out nicely, very tasty. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend.
