All the staff were wonderful from the second we arrived, especially to our baby who got to meet a lot of them. They were welcoming, made sure our rooms were near each other and couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a fairly large group and at breakfast they gave us more space which was brilliant given we had small children in our group who liked to move about. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Great location, we walked from the station which was so easy and everything is walkable i.e to get to the shops etc.

Room was in need of an update looked out onto a carpark very dim lights. Single quilts on 3 quarter bed. Simple things like remote control wasn’t working just needed new batteries but could turn tv over or off had to go down to reception.
