Nice hotel but a bit far from city center if you're walking. No hair dryer or kettle in room. But coffee and tea is provided in the reception area. I can stay here if I have a car. Public transit is not the best in Glasgow. Going to airport is a challenge on transit. Taxi is only option

Booked through Expedia where I paid £74 got in the hotel within check in time where they told me to pay another £61 which there was never a reason given and when I asked the woman at the till the next morning she looked stunned as to why I asked which raised my concern to as I’ve been scammed by the hotel which a total came to £135 for what I don’t know a place to sleep and nothing else I asked around and nobody else had to pay another payment when they arrived at the hotel so I’m incredibly unhappy with the service I received

Poor amenities, small room with bed, TV, toilet and bath that’s it! Not even a small fridge to keep takeaway food. My child only drinks a particular milk, it went bad cos I couldn’t refrigerate it. No wardrobe, iron or any other thing, not even a toilet brush. I don’t think they swept the room through my stay except lay bed and towel. The floor was dirty and the general ambience is a little poor.

It was clean enough, but small and strangely set out, ie wash hand basin, shower, and toilet all in different corners of the room. The main issue was a fire alarm which went off before 7am and the whole hotel had to be evacuated (fair enough); however, I am disabled, and my partner (who is a pensioner) and I had to walk down 7 flights of stairs, in bare feet because we were in a panic, only to walk back up again 2 minutes later because it wasn't a fire. We had bare feet due to the usual instructions about don't delay, don't take personal property, etc - it was very distressing.

Will not be back.

We were very disappointed with the room. No hand towels, no glasses for when we clean our teeth. Very small toilet cubicle. The seperate shower cubicle meant no privacy to dress afterwards. The entrance to hotel hard to find, looks like a service entrance. No tea/coffee facilities in room, which was very small. No wardrobe, only a couple of hangers on the wall. I know it is a budget hotel, but i didnt expect it to be so basic.

Well worth the money

Very basic but it is a budget hotel that offers free parking a 10 minute walk to the centre of Glasgow, what’s not to like about that if you are only looking for room to sleep in.
