As always our stay was great. Staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for you. Rooms were lovely and clean, also good use of space. The facilites were great as well

Great stay.

Great location. Great value for money. Polite friendly staff. We have ised the aibis in many occasions in differnt cities. My only issue i have with this hotel and all the others is that they have the most uncomfortable pillows. Rock hard and flat. Bed is xlean and cimfy orherwise. But you do wake up with a bit of a headache and neck/back pain from the pillows. Other than the pullows would highly recommended.

It’s a decent enough hotel. Clean, central but no frills which is fine for a short city break. The staff are young and friendly. They have a good eco-friendly policy. The bar and restaurant are open 24 hours.

Perfect for what we needed

Perfect for what we needed. Seeing a show at Barrowlands, so it was a great place to get ready after work and then go to the show to come back and sleep after. And probably the same as what it would have cost for me to get a taxi home at that time of night. Clean, central and comfy.

Room was clean and organised. Room was cold and difficult to heat with system in place. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was a good base for one night, unsure we would stay any linger due to room temperature
