Hotel is in a good location. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good lots of choice. We got our VIP drinks but were not offered the free room upgrade (One of the Expedia gold benefits) Our two rooms were over looking the train tracks and I’m not usually one who is bothered by noises (we live right opposite train tracks) but this was very loud. Also, there are no radiators in the bathrooms and they were freezing. We had to put heat on in the room really high and leave the bathroom door open to heat it up. Lastly, our TV kept turning on in the middle of the night despite us turning it off.

Un hôtel EXCEPTIONNELLE!!! Très professionnel, beaucoup de commodités, confortable et superbe! Le point négatif est pas sur l'hôtel mais sur Glasgow qui est une grosse ville désagréable rempli de trafic et épouvantable! La seule chose que j'ai aimé de cette ville c'est l'hôtel!

I booked this hotel because it looked nice and had some nice reviews,it was close to where our night out was.However i was not aware it was right next to the rail tracks.The droning noise all night was very annoying,i did not get much sleep. The service in Leos bar wasnt very good,the staff were too busy chatting to each other rather than the customer who they were serving,i ordered a cappuccino and got half a cup of coffee given to me,no froth or chocolate ,for £4 this was ridiculous plus it was luke warm,we had just arrived so didnt want to make a fuss. Price of a so called superior room is so overpriced,we wont be back.
