It was very warm in the room and the windows hardly open. The shower was not good: it was hard to regulate the temperature, it looked very dated but the worst was that the water would turn boiling hot intermittently, making it dangerous, then cold, then the right temperature and so on. Needless to say, my son had to have a bath as the shower was unsafe.
But the bed was comfortable.
We stayed at the Leonardo hotel in Glasgow on the weekend of the 4th of April overall from the outside very dated hotel . The staff there I can’t fault all really lovely we did have trouble getting into our room the cards never worked but that was sorted by front desk and the man came and let us in got new cards .The cleanliness of the room I’m given one star the bathroom was really dirty around bath taps and bath area the shower was over powerful. Regulated by the taps cold and hot couldn’t regulate this was disappointing .The food was good but overpriced and the breakfast both days was ok . The staff all lovely and polite but even after getting house keeping the bathroom still remained dirty which was rather off putting . It was an experience but wouldn’t return there think it needs updating and new showers and the bathroom n bathroom needed good scrub

Poor state of room
Was only here one night. Even when the lights was out the door tp the room was stil showing light from the corridor.
The radiator was flaking paint.
The lower bunk bed didn't look safe as everytime my son moved ot sounded like it was going to break.
Nice lounge and morning breakfast also nice walk round the lake next to Htel

The room was ok but in need of update as pelmet was missing - ingrained dirt in corners and walls - shower tap was broken and hair dryer did not work
The room was noisy - next to top of stairs and door banged and squeaked all night and then housekeeping staff made a lot of noise in the morning- we had no sleep !!
Staff were pleasant we were not offered any VIP extras at check in and when I later queried bottle of wine - was told bar was closed
As one extra was a room upgrade - I feel we actually had worse room in hotel !!
Breakfast was average but there was a vagrant man asleep on the seats towards the back of restaurant- this was not ideal !
