Very good for a business trip

All in all an extremely good hotel in a good location or the city. My only criticism is, like most modern hotels these days, is the lack of storage. I had to live out of my suitcase as there were no draws or wardrobes! Other than that it was great.

I have stayed at the hotel many times. Easy walking distance to main shopping areas. Parking in multi storey a few minutes walk. Rooms are modern andvm clean but only thing that makes it 4 and not 5 stars is there is no fridge.

If you are visiting the Pavillion Theatre, this hotel is literally opposite it, so is extremely convenient. Hotel also has a downstairs bar serving both coffee and drinks. Good rooms, quiet, clean, and service from staff is polite and efficient. Room tariffs also reasonable. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is easy access to centre. Bus and train stations are within minutes walking distance. Over all a very pleasent and friendly hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly.

Slipping standards!

Its great that the hotel seems to he busier, but this has affected service levels. Breakfast is just too busy, with too many people, not enough tables for them and an empty hot food offer. The breakfast os like a bad all inclusive hotel!

Lovely hotel and the staff are really friendly. Rooms are spotless. A party of 30 of us checked in with no problem. Some of our group could not travel due to a storm and the hotel staff cancelled our rooms with no charge.
