Great location for the Theatre, City Centre and next to Bus Station. Very clean and comfortable twin double bedroom. Breakfast good . Would recommend, great value. The Staff were all helpful and friendly. Three of us stayed one night. Will definitely book again.

Girls trip

Room was not super clean. Few towels for tow people and when asked to bring towels they didn’t. Didn’t offer early check in or room upgrade (not promised but said they would if available). Everyone but the two servers in the bar seemed indifferent about us bringing there. The fish and chips were really good.

This property is fairly new and has lovely rooms and large comfortable beds. The staff we encountered were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is convenient for theatres and restaurants.

Ironically the social media team helped me more with my reservation. The room certainly could be cleaner, marks on the walls really stands out. Overall good experience but could have been better for the price.
