Excellent stay in the heart of the city
Great location and always an excellent nights sleep. I love this chain. Easy stylish foyer to hang out in or have a drink at the bar and very friendly staff. My only note is that at busy times it felt understaffed on the front desk and they couldn’t have been nicer but staff looked a bit stressed out.

We selected this facility for its location and rating. The rooms are probably excellent for short-term and business travellers. However, for longer stays like ours, the rooms lacked simple conveniences like bathroom shelving or larger vanity, and bedside tables of adequate size. The location is perfect! We simply walked across the street to Central Station and from there, could get anywhere. We were also within walking of many sights of interest. The breakfast food and variety were very good, however, they seemed to struggle to keep it stocked and tables ready for guests.

There are a few reasons why we love this property— first is the accessibility to the train and bus transportation, second is the inclusive breakfast and third is the friendly and helpful staff. We sure will stay here whenever we visit Glasgow again.

Convenient Location
This was our 2nd visit due to it's location and room rate. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The lobby/bar area are also very pleasant surroundings. Lifts work well and the stairs wells are kept clear and clean. The bedrooms are basic and not overly big but are comfortable and also clean. Unfortunately had to twice request hand soap in the ladies public toilet area in this visit. Overall good stay and would stay again!

So, this is a "good but be aware" review. The place is quiet, has a nice lobby & lounge. The rooms are ok but so small you will not be able to keep suitcase open. Breakfast is too expensive for what is available....look for breakfast elswhere. If internet is important to you, you will be frustrated. Location is good- train stations nearby as well as bus to airport.

The room was medium size by European standards, clean and the bed comfortable. It was within one minute walk from the train station and a 20 minute walk to the bus station. The shopping center and area were also close.
