The staff were super friendly. I arrived really early and they let me work from the breakfast lounge while I waited for my room to be ready. They also let me check in early which I didnt even request but am so grateful for.

Point A was just what we needed — great central location, toiletries provided, clean, comfortable. I would stay again if I came back up to Glasgow. The team working at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Recommend.

Although the room was spotless including the bathroom there was a damp sort of smell in the bathroom. Room could have done with a kettle and a few tea bags and mug. Other than that room was very comfy. Staff were friendly and overall enjoyed stay.

Good location for our purposes. Stayed in 3 hotels for our visit to Scotland and this was the only one that didn’t have tea/coffee facilities in the room. The shower room was designed for wheelchair use and the mirror user friendly for my height of 1.90m.
