Just the safe wasn't functioning but the team very quickly changed room to address the matter. Very clean bathroom, this along with the approachability of the professional front desk team is why I would return.

We had such a lovely stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made our experience even better. The location is super convenient—it's just a short 7-9 minute walk to both the subway and the central train station. Plus, there are plenty of nearby dining options, and we really appreciated the variety of vegan choices available. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, with several vegan options to choose from too! One little suggestion for improvement would be to add more electrical outlets in the room, as there was only one on one side of the bed. But overall, it was a delightful stay!

This is the perfect central Glasgow hotel. The room was clean, well thought through, to bed was extremely comfortable and it’s in the perfect location to enjoy everything downtown Glasgow has to offer. The staff were second to none, the best I’ve experienced in ages. I will definitely be staying here each time I return to Glasgow.

Did not take the breakfast option. I thought £11 was a bit excessive for continental buffet breakfast. Clean, comfy room. Close to rail/bus stations. Would stay here again.
