The staff were great and helpful. I had continental breakfast included, it offered a lot more than I expected, really set me up for the day. Bed and pillows were comfortable, had some of the best sleep of my trip!

Room was small but had everything you need. Controls for lights near the bed were nice. Great value. The front desk staff was very pleasant when we arrived late after a long day plus of traveling.

Very nice staff. Very nice hotel and amenities. I stayed in 2 different rooms. One windowless and the other with a window on the main street. I preferred the one that was windowless. The noise from the main street can be bothersome. Another thing that could be an issue for light sleepers like myself is that the housekeeping starts cleaning quite early and the vacuum can wake them up. Also had the fire alarm go off at 1am. Really nice hotel though for the location and price. Also would like to reiterate that allll of the staff was pleasant.

This is a great place to stay but beginning to show signs of aging in places, and area outside is grim. Once inside it’s all pretty good, comfy bed, nice shower, all very compact and cosy. Good value for money.

The hotel was in an excellent part of Glasgow. The only draw back was how slow the room took to warm up. The bathroom was always cold and I had to leave the door open to warm it up before using the shower. Bathroom is small, shower was excellent. Overall hotel was convenient, clean and staff were very helpful.
