Hotel itself was lovely- large, spacious modern rooms. Great location for what we wanted! We had dinner in CHOP restaurant on our first night which spoiled our whole experience at this hotel! Staff were rude, made false accusations and it was like customers were an inconvenience. One member of staff swore in front of our children which is totally unacceptable. This was reported to reception staff immediately and someone will get back to us. Still await that contact… Never again! If you’re looking for a friendly family break, we have stayed at other hotels in this area which offer this. CHOP restaurant certainly does not!
