They say “the people make the place”, it’s so true. The Hotel is really well situated for sightseeing and transport ( Aircoach stops right outside) We were welcomed at the door and helped with our cases. The staff on the desk were very efficient and friendly. Our room was lovely and very clean, housekeeping was also very good, we were on the 5th floor and the corridor always smelled fresh. We had breakfast in the hotel, it had a great selection and the buffet was constantly being refreshed. The hotel always had plenty of staff in the Lobby and as we were two females visiting the city, the hotel felt like a very safe. All the staff that we spoke to were exceptional but ,we would like to send extra special thanks to Michael, what an asset he is to the hotel, always happy to help and always smiling and we enjoyed speaking to him each day. We will come back to Dublin next year and we will stay at the Gresham, it’s beautiful.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at The Dylan Hotel in Dublin! The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making our stay feel special from the moment we arrived. Having our rental car valet parked was incredibly convenient and made exploring the city completely stress-free. The location was also excellent, within walking distance of many of Dublin’s attractions, restaurants, and shops. The combination of outstanding service, convenience, and a great location made this hotel a fantastic choice for our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Dylan to anyone visiting Dublin!

Staff very helpful and polite

The staff was super helpful. We were able to check in earlier with their availability and it was totally worth the extra fee. It’s only 5 mins away from the city center which is great. Staff was super friendly and kind and were able to get as many towels as needed :). They also have a little title coffee machine at the front and you can get expresso before your excursions. :) recommend for sure if you’re into sustainability. The heat was wonderful!
