A glorious sanctuary in the heart of Sydney with true soul, charm and character. Every detail is luxe and delightful - from the grandest of beds, to the deep soaking tub and the free zooper doopers (omg!) - Medusa has everything you could want, along with the loveliest and most hospitable team! & For design lovers like me it is a wonderland of treasures - been twice in the last year and was delighted to discover new additions to the eclectic decor, as well as the cutest new house cat. A true gem - I cannot reccomend more highly! Will be back!

Room was poorly cleaned and terribly repaired. Kitchen and bathroom were falling apart, rusting taps and shower, missing grout and mold.

Elevator was not working and emergency exit stairs were needed to access the room. Was aware of this prior to staying. However, stairs and access were not well kept and should have been cleaned.
