Loved the location, loved the downstairs cafe and generally staff were pretty good. What I didnt like was: -They moved us to the fourth floor - the lift only went to the 3rd. Quite difficult when youre in your seventies and lugging suitcases up a very narrow stairway - On the morning of departure the lift was completely out of order so had to lug our suitcases down four flights - The room was small. Very small. - I couldnt sit on the toilet as it was very close to the facing wall - Each morning a very strong sewerage smell would waft up and into our window. What a stink !

Teeny tiny room with bathroom surrounded with frosted glass within the room. Long walk from station.

Good check in and room was small but comfortable. I’ve stayed here a few times but found this occasion a little underwhelming. Other than checkin, I found the staff a little cold. I also phoned and lodged a request on their QR code for my room service tray to be collected..2 days later it was still there…just a little underwhelming.

Attention to detail was amazing. Top service and spacious room.

A well appointed studio apartment with separate bedroom and a verandah Surprisingly quiet for such a central location with an easy walk to Central or Redfern stations for those travelling by train Very convenient for an overnight visit to Sydney within walking distance of Carriageworks

Great location, small lobby area and only one single elevator, but overall that was not a problem at all. The room was basic but had everything required - would have been comfortable for two people even though I was travelling solo on this occasion.
