fue lo mas horrible que pudieron tratarnos. llegamos a media noche y nos dieron un cuarto con personas. y fuimos para atras a recepción y nos fuimos y que nos dan un cuarto para gente incapacitada y yo que fui a disfrutar mi aniversario solo de ver el cuarto me senti mal horrible colchon y el aspecto y no pude dormir. y en la mañana le dijimos al manager y solo dijo anotenlo en una hoja y adios nos trataron feo. y no quiere devolver el dinero.. no lo recomiendo

Many of the lights in our room did not work. There were ugly stains in both bathrooms. The staff was nice, but the accommodations were not great. My daughter got no sleep in her room due to loud yelling all night down the hall. It was not the best stay, but I was happy with the staff.

TVs didn't work, I say TVs because there were 2 in the room, one leaning against the wall and one mounted,neither worked. The beds were full of hairs and stains on sheets as well as pillow cases. The drains were slow and the room smelled bad. Will not stay here again

The hotel is really old and outdated. The AC barely worked. The sheets were dingy and the mattresses were in need of replacement. This is the kind of hotel that anywhere else you’d pay $40 for but because of the location you have to pay over $100.

Awful do not go here smell smells like cats

This was an awful experience the lobby smelled like cats I got to my room the TV didn’t work the phone didn’t work then I looked up the phone number and called nobody answered I went down to the lobby the guy guaranteed me I will get my money back from hotels.com I called hotels.com they called him he said he didn’t have his manager approval so now I’m fighting with hotels.com to get my money back horrible experience

Bad hotel compared to similarly priced units near

Hotel is very run down and very poorly maintained. I didnt see a single staff member after check in. Not once. Two outlets in fhe room barely installed present a hazard to the building qnd residents. Would not book this hotel again for a dire emergency.

They say the hotel is pet friendly but there was no place for your pet to go to the restroom. Hotel did not have room ready with no towels and most of the light bulbs burnt out.

It was next to all the parks and springs. It was ideal for a weekend getaway. Also, the beds were comfortable and tools cool over the summer.
