Pretty bad! Our first room had not been cleaned. Garbage on the floor and beds remade without washing the bedding. The employee at the desk was really good about it and gave us another room. This one was clean, or so we thought until we opened the closet to find feathers and bird poop on the floor. We just closed the closet and dealt with it as we didn’t want to move again. We put our swimsuits on and headed to find the pool, which we found out was in the neighboring hotel, and that it closed super early (8pm). So we had sad kids we’d told for the past week would be able to go swimming the night we stayed at the hotel.

November overnight. Traveling through CO
Very good breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles yogurt, fresh orange juice, etc. Quiet, even though it’s right off I-70 as are all the hotels in Glenwood Springs. Underground parking was convenient because it was raining/snowing.

I travel a lot and have never given a bad review. My husband and I got stuck in a horrible blizzard on I70 on our way up Glenwood Springs. We sent a message to the hotel saying we couldn’t make it and canceled it. The next day they charged us twice. When we called to talk to the manager (because the desk clerk didn’t know what to do) they gave us the run around for three days. We still were charged. I would suggest finding a different hotel if you are traveling to the Glenwood Springs area.

I expected a bit better hotel for the price we paid. One of the TV's had no internet connection, shower head was old and unadjustable, no dining area in the suite. Breakfast options were limited compared to other hotels. Our stay cost about $250/night but it sure did not feel like it.
