I stay here whenever I am in Parachute. It’s clean and the beds are comfy. Would like to see the bar/restaurant to expand their hours, though. I have literally never seen it open.

The property was nice, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I requested a top-floor room in hopes that it would be quiet, and it was (There appeared to be a large family reunion checking in and I was afraid it would be noisy.) I knew about the $14 parking fee from the reviews which I don't understand but I would probably stay again. Parachute is a lovely little town.

This place is really cool! Nice hotel!! Buyer beware, everything is an add on, parking, breakfast…..as long as you know it’s $14 for parking and $12 for the normal hotel breakfast, it’s great!

Only complaint I had was the lighting in the room. Three desk lamps and the total wattage wouldn't be enough to read by. If you plan on working in your room or just want to read a book, bring a flashlight.

The hotel has misrepresented that they have a seating area and a restaurant in an outside patio. It is run by a vendor and you aren’t allowed to sit in the area unless you’re buying breakfast or some kind of food. You also can’t sit in the outside patio so we had nowhere to gather with friends and, hang out. They also charged $15 a night for parking which on Travelocity doesn’t show any cost for parking.

There was no disclosure by EXPEDIA about the $14.00 parking fee or else I would have not used this facility. I decided not to use EXPEDIA again because they don’t disclose hidden fee.

The pub was a great idea, but the execution is lacking. Breakfast was sadly disappointing. I thought I was going to get real eggs because I was told that they would cook them if requested, but they were just processed, over-salted rehydrated (or similar) eggs. The waffles were processed similar to egos. The breakfast is definitely definitely not worth paying for. The lobby was adorable and whoever the manager is must be really into Halloween because we went there in mid September and it was completely decorated for Halloween. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I liked how quiet the air conditioning was. I was glad that other reviews mentioned the $14 parking fee. That fee seems very ridiculous as the lot was not even near full. If you want to charge $14 for parking, just raise the price of the rooms. As I said, I was glad that I knew about it so I didn’t get angry, but it is a ridiculous fee and just a way to raise the rates while still making it appear that the price is very low. At the time that I rented my room, it was $67 per night. I would gladly have paid $82 for the room, so there is no need to hide $14 as a parking fee. The room still would’ve shown up as a low-cost room when I searched for it on Expedia. For me, the biggest point is that it was clean. Clean, clean, clean. I loved that. The silicone around the bathroom walls and shower was either freshly done or very well cleaned on an ongoing basis. I love that.
