This was a fun weekend get away for Christmas. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday. We had dinner at the main restaurant and the food was fantastic. We definately come back.

The rooms are quite noisy. You can every word of the occupants in next room. Bathroom quite small. Rooms need updating. Property very quaint and nice. Bartender Ashley terrific. Food was excellent!

Stayed during Christmas holidays and loved having a drink in the Victorian lobby filled with Christmas decorations. The price was very reasonable for such a unique experience. The only negative was that the walls in our room seemed paper thin and the arguing couple on one side and the crying baby on the other kept us awake long after going to bed, but we will return for we love the step into history.

2 night husband-wife getaway
Great for a couples or family trip during the Christmas season. The hotel was wonderfully decorated for Christmas. Restaurant breakfast was good, we did not try any other meals there. We stopped in at the bar one night and had a tastey, albeit slightly overpriced dessert and some cocktails. Room was clean and having full room service was very nice. Old school heater made keeping the room a comfortable temperature a little difficult. Great location, walking distance to downtown and Glenwood Hot Springs. 5 minute drive to Iron Mountain. Overall a great and memorable experience.
