Nice family friendly hotel. We really enjoyed our time together in the game room. Pool is nice but its shallow. Coffee and breakfast at the fireplace was a great way to start the day.

Being in the mountains it was nice they had much more than a standard small rectangular indoor pool. It was more like a small waterpark. They should promote that feature. Staff was excellent.

Liked this property a lot. The rooms were big and nice. Clean rooms and good surroundings. Breakfast needs some improvement. Imagine not having bread and scrambled egg also. The guests have to eat muffin, glazed bun etc which is not good.

rude guests and no help
the place is nice but the guests in the room next to us 310 were up all night being so loud we barely got any rest. talking loud yelling and playing music all night I tried calling the front desk for help numerous times but no answer. i ended up knocking on their door asking them to be quiet and they continued to be lout till like 6 am. miserable stay

Second time staying here. Great pool. Huge slide. I was the only one there both times i went during the week. It was warm and clean. My one complaint is the carpet in my room smelled of cat urine in certain areas. I wore socks most of the time cause feet felt kinda sticky after a while. Not super impressed by breakfast but more than expected.

This was a total ripoff. Hotel is nothing like the pictures portray it to be. We got the quality of a motel/quality inn paying 6x the price, which is ridiculous. Our room was definitely not well kept. Doors, walls, tables not only dated but very scratched and damaged. There was a bucket right in the middle of the hallway since there was some sort of leak coming from the ceiling. “Waterpark” is just a big dirty slide in a very dirty unkept swimming pool. I wish I could share the pictures I took. We could’ve had a better experience staying at one of the many chain hotels around the area and paid a lot less money.

It was terrible. The place was too noisy, and the room was full of inoperable amentities, and thre front desk staffs were so unfriendly. We will never visit this Hotel again.

Most of the staff didn't know how to answer questions about local attractions, etc. We had to ask them to refill just about everything in the breakfast area each morning. Floors in the room were filthy and turned the bottom of our shoes black within minutes of being in there. Towels had hair all over them and we had to ask for new ones.

We have been going to Glenwood Springs for many years now and have always stayed at the Hotel Glenwood Springs. My kids are teenagers now but when they were younger they loved their indoor pool with the slides. This October we stayed at this hotel again and though my kids are not into water slides anymore, we stayed at the same hotel to relive some memories. The hotel was clean and we absolutely love its location which is at the start of the gondola rides to Glenwood Caverns. Their breakfast is pretty standard with bagels, fresh fruit like banana or oranges, freshly made waffles, yogurts, muffins etc. The only thing that didn’t work this time was the room phone, but we didn’t mind that much as we just went to the reception to ask for what we needed.
