We had to check out early due to MIL falling and breaking her kneecap. The staff was not trained on how to handle this, and though we called Expedia as told, and then talked to manager Jodee, the refund for the third day did not get processed as promised. Instead we got a notification on the third day (after we were long gone) to check-out of the system....

I was told my reservation was cancelled as I did not show up but I had booked the reservation for the 12th and their system had me booked for the 11th . Therefore I was charged for both my rooms . So I didn’t get to stay there for a complete review . Even though someone from Expedia called the hotel to explain they refused to give any refund .

I thought this was a great hotel, pet friendly, good breakfast and very reasonably priced. My only issue was someone across the hall, left their dog alone and it barked, but that really was not.
