Needed renovating a while ago

They put us on the floor with animals. Dogs barking and i wasnt aware they did that till after i was settled in. The chair in the corner had stains in it and the office chair was shredded. I asked if the front desk knew the condition. Yes but thats was A room we had left. We are renovating and had to put you up on that floor. They should have gotten rid of the office chair anyway and cleaned the other

Clean, comfortable hotel

Clean, comfortable hotel, with amazing breakfasts, and customer service. Views were great, close to everywhere we wanted to go. Would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the noise. Swimming pool was extremely loud. Honestly couldn't have a conversation in the hot tub without raising our voices. And while you can't hear people in the room next to you are below you, you can hear them walk down the halls, and close doors. You can also hear the Interstate traffic on the top floor. Which is minimal after 10pm, but prevents you from sleeping in.

I don't know if I've ever stayed out of la Quinta before, but this one was a beautiful, clean, very, very nice one! The breakfast had eggs and potatoes and was much nicer than I expected!

The front desk staff were very nice and caring. While traveling my husband had ro be admitted to a hospital. On our way home and they made adjustments to give us a ground floor room. And the gal was super nice!
