It is close to I-70, but far enough not to hear it. Unfortunately, the lobby was all torn-up for a remodel, and the good breakfast sausage wasn't available, but they had alternatives for grab and go. they are trying.

Just Okay Due to Construction

First time staying at this hotel in Glenwood. I can't give a bad review due to construction, but I also can't give a great one due to construction. It has to be done at some point to update. The room was fine for the most part, and clean. The 'breakfast' at this time is a frozen burrito and apples/oranges and a couple fruit juices. Again, I understand they can't have the full breakfast as advertised, but maybe throw in a muffin or something else additional. I don't recommend staying here during construction, especially for the price they're charging for weekends. I'd wait and stay here when they're done--it's probably a good place to stay.

The people at the front desk didnot inform me that there was no ice machine working or tgat the vending machines only took correct change. They did not have continnental breakfast as avertised the place was under construction and even when the workers were done for the day they had tools laying all over. The maids kept teying to just enter my eoom even after informkng the front desk id be staying again in the same room

Even though they were renovating the first floor area our room upstairs was very run down. Tears in the carpet, sheets were stained and metal protruding from the bed frame.

It wiuld be nice to know that the property was in the middle of a remodel. No breakfast except crappy burrito. Place smelled of paint and construction dust. Room was barely clean. Such a disappointment

There was major construction happening at the hotel and I was not notified or aware when I booked my stay. Very loud and messy. “Grab and go” breakfast items were provided in a place of the usual continental warm breakfast that was advertised and the food was inedible.

A disclaimer should be on the reservation site that construction is occurring into the midnight hours. Sleep is requirement for places I stay at and I ended up leaving a day early without reimbursement due to inability to sleep

Snow removal was poor in the parking lot, piles blocking parking in an already limited parking situation. Construction painting was blocking the hallway to our room. We had to walk over paint trays and around a ladder to get to our room. The workers just looked at us without moving anything out of the way. Breakfast was disappointing, out of food items and not enough seating for breakfast in the morning.
