I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were clean and super cute. The only complaint I had was the noise from the neighboring room, but that was not the hotel’s fault. The noise stopped immediately when I called the front desk.

I stay at the hotel quite a bit and when I checked in and checked out the room I was assigned I was disappointed because there was only a view of a wall and a parking lot full of contraction equipment etc. I asked Journey if we could get a room with somewhat of a view and she hooked us up with a room with a much better view which made for an amazing experience. Journey is the bomb and should get a HUGE raise! She made all the difference with her world class service!! Shawn Gallus

We took the train up from Denver for a long weekend and Maxwell Anderson was a great hotel choice! It was directly across the street from the depot, lots of dining options just around the corner as well as a great brew pub inside the hotel and an easy walk over the bridge to the hotsprings pool. It has recently been renovated and has a rich history that shows up all over the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was great! It is very eclectic. It has a nice coffee shop, restaurant and bar. There is plenty of dining and shopping within walking distance. Hot Spring pool is just across the pedestrian bridge. LOVE IT!

We were very unhappy with the service. We stayed Monday afternoon until check out on Friday and had zero service!!! We were only given the two towels at check-in and no one ever came to change them. We were given two regular coffee K cups, and that was it for the entire four nights. Went checking in, there was a dirty glass with about an inch of water in it sitting on the refrigerator. The room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller. When we checked out, I asked for a receipt and they told me they would email it to me because they could not print receipts….I never received the receipt!
