For the price this place was good. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful. However, the TV was not easy to operate, the smoke detector was missing and the bath sink water was hooked up in reverse.

Friendly staff but rooms need maintenance!
service was very friendly. We upgraded to a room with a king bed and a couch, with a table and a couple of chairs. It was fine except, there was an actual hole in the one wall about the size of a lemon, one wall had large scratches and black marks, and the air condition filter was nasty and full of lint.

Worst hotel experience I have had in many years. Dirty, broken shower rod, broken nightstand, missing shower tiles, black mold, broken toilet seat, A/C unit cover broken. Its not that the hotel is just older, it is very poorly kept and management definitely doesn't care about customer experience or they would not rent this room until it is fixed and cleaned.

If you need an accessible room, choose another!
I was traveling through. I got the wheelchair accessible room. The room was nice, the bed was good, the shower was the stuff of a third world hotel. The drywall and tile were horrible. The fact that the ownership set this quality aside for those in a wheelchair is reprehensible.

the last night we were there at 1 am there was some extremely loud banging in the storage room right next to our room. It went on for about an hour or so. Other then that the facility was nice

This place was terrible with the noise and the place could do with a major makeover. I would have paid more in town had I known what this place was like. I saw some mold in the pool area and the fan was very loud you couldn’t hear your conversation with people. The stay wasn’t worth the money I paid.
