Stay at this aparthotel in Auckland. Enjoy free WiFi, a fitness center, and parking (surcharge). Our guests praise the helpful staff and the clean rooms in our reviews. Popular attractions Sky Tower and SkyCity Casino are located nearby.
The room was clean, the staffs were kind, however, the carpet was destroyed, the cusion of chair was torn, the furniture was burnt by cigarette as I assumed by previous guest. I already told to the staff of hotel. Anyway, they looked so horrible.
Also, the water pressure was so weak, the room was so cold during night though I turned on heater, the heater didn't work actually it looked to work.
The guests of the next room were very noisy, they seemed to fight among them, they screamed, argued and threw somethings.
So, that hotel was not bad by itself, the hotel needs to be managed more strictly as I felt.
