We loved our stay at the Hotel at Cape Ann Marina. It was nice being able to stay in and have dinner and drinks at the restaurant. Beautiful views of the marina. Great selection of a hot breakfast and fresh fruits. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a beautiful clean place. The included breakfast was the best, with fresh fruit, homemade breads, eggs, bacon, sausage, juices. A+ The room was very comfortable. It was a bit pricey but we really enjoyed our 1 night stay. We would definitely recommend.

Clean room

The door to the bathroom sticks and had to really use force to open or close. Room was clean but not much storage in bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The view was of marshy stagnant water but beyond that was a marina.

Convenient but needs updating

Hotel is dated and needs overhaul. However, near Gloucester and we were able to walk to the town and whale watching tour. The restaurant is popular with nice views. Service was poor - the starter and main meals arrived same time - we asked for the main to come later and they said they would keep it warm! It arrived whilst we were still on our starter. We weren’t offered dessert - only the bill. We said we wanted to stay longer and enjoy a drink - we ordered another drink and it arrived with the final bill so we decided to leave. Not sure if they needed our table but poor service regardless. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

The physical beauty of this hotel blew me away. It is on the harbor and the view of the harbor and the pleasure craft was enchanting. My room was small but well appointed and the back door opened onto a deck overlooking the harbor. The restaurant is also open to the harbor and charming
