Dirty carpet. Two star property. Didnt want to have to pay for breakfast which looked terrible. Hard beds. Hard pillows. Hardly slept. No option to purchase a twin room on website so had to have a small double. Very uncomfortable. Felt like a prison.

The rooms are a good size and they are very clean. The bathroom and toilet were newly renovated and very nice too. The reception staff were a bit slow and we had to wait for more than an hour to get our rooms ready, although we were there for check in time ,not earlier. The breakfast was okay,but not anything special.Overall a nice hotel.

The check-in was fast and trouble free. We have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times before and always find it convenient and comfortable. One small thing - it would help to have a trolley to put used crockery on in the restaurant as some of the tables are rather small. Thank you.
