Terrible, NO HOT WATER !!! After a long day and wanting a few hours sleep and a hot shower, awoke to NO HOT WATER. Not enough time to try and have them resolve. TERRIBLE START for the day. Next time, I'll stay at the Hampton INN next door (stayed there before with no issues)

TOTAL LACK OF SERVICING ROOMS AND AN ATTITUDE TOO!
Unfortunately, our hotel lacked proper servicing of rooms due to staff shortage the entire 13 nights of our stay. Well if they don't have the staff, then don't sell the rooms. We are in hospitality ourselves and their refusal to change our sheets or service our TWO rooms and the attitude is not acceptable. They are a hotel -- service your rooms. If staff is short and management is not there on the weekends, then maybe management should come in and clean the rooms themselves. That is what I have done when my staff is short
Each time I stayed here property and rooms were up to par as best as they could. Staff were welcoming and breakfast was a plus. (Request: Breakfast be until 10:30 am)
The facility is in serious state of disrepair. The staff were nice, but could not overcome the management's failure to spend maintenance funds. There was a floor radiating heating unit in the stairway with the cover missing and the sharp metal fins exposed, a very serious safety hazard. It reminded me of a building that is slated for demolition, so no money being spent for maintenance.
They were having an issue with their hot water system so there was only hot water occasionally. I took 3 very tepid showers over our 6 day stay and Hotels.com is doing nothing about it. I get that issues happen but you compensate for those things. It's part of the cost of doing business. So I will no longer be doing business with Hotels.com or staying at this Holiday Inn.
Only issue was no one bothered to service our room until day 4 out of five. At that point we were resting and said no thanks even though it needed servicing. Breakfast was delicious every morning and very well stocked.
