Friendly welcome on the desk, bar staff were also accommodating when we asked to borrow some cutlery for a takeaway. Rooms are comfortable and the TV was huge! Streaming platform interface actually worked as well which isn't always the case in hotels. The health club is fine, quite small and was busy when we visited on a bank holiday weekend.

We were very happy staying at this hotel, the staff on desk were very friendly, happy and helpful. We enjoyed the pool with it’s steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, a great way to relax after a day of travelling. The dinner menu had good options and the breakfast was a buffet style with a wide variety of food and drinks. We would stay at this hotel again, as a family we recommend it. The only downside, and this was our fault, was that we didn’t book a table for dinner so the restaurant was full when we came down for dinner. We were able to eat in the bar area - but next time we would book a table.

Fantastic! Friendly efficient staff and facilities for swim/sauna/steam room's and jacuzzi were excellent (could also dry swim costume after and towels were provided!) Room clean and had everthing we needed. Would stay again and highly recommend!
