Wow! A fascinating and unique nautical experience with great history. Wish we had another day there. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Great stay at the Strand Hotel in Swakopmund. Great restaurants steps away and the town is very walkable from there. Nice little gym.

The staff were super helpful and welcoming. There is a hotel restaurant in the building next door which does breakfast and dinner. The menu looked great but I didn’t get chance to have my breakfast as my transport back to Windhoek arrived at 7am (worth bearing in mind if you are booking a shared shuttle bus back to the city)!

Furnished with style and the rooms are large, comfortable and clean. our room had an outside patio and own parking space within the fencing of the property.
