The customer service at this hotel was incredible! All needs met and front desk went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, the products used are luxury level, and the amenities were wonderful.

It was okay. Great location for softball.

Shower curtain smelled bad, like mildew maybe, it stunk up the entire bathroom. They should wash those and change them out like the towels and bedding. Everything else was good other than pool hours. They close it a 7pm. So strange. Never stayed somewhere the pool closed that early.

Really nice facility! Like the whole Genesis Sports Complex area. There was everything we needed. Rooms were really nice! Loved the Sandlot and its food!

The quiet hours were not in any way enforced. We had loud banging, people running up and down the halls, kids yelling and loud thumping going on until the late hours of the night (1-2am). Just to note the water park also does not come with the room, that is a separate expense. This was not clear in the booking but it wasn’t something that bothered me.

Filthy. Our room wasn’t ready. The cleaners were watching tv in a room and not doing their job. The hallway was lined with blood stained bedding and garbage and wasn’t moved our entire stay. We thought the house keeper would come back to clean it but they left it in the hallways the entire stay. The blast off bay was ok but the staff was not knowledgeable about anything. Part Arcade was closed our entire stay. Our room was dirty. Would not stay again which stinks because it has great potential. My boys were so excited about this stay, didn’t live up to the hype. Hotel was FILTY

The hotel was easy to get to and in a quiet location which was great. The staff was friendly and we did enjoy the water park that is attached to the hotel. The only two things that we didn't like were that there was very little water pressure in our shower, and then in the 2 days we stayed, the hallway on our floor never got vacuumed. Aside from those, it was a great place to stay! The fridge in our room worked well and the beds were comfortable!

This property may be pretty new but the staff is really the strong point. Friendly from my first check-in and willing to answer questions and help with anything I needed, even when there were a couple things wrong with the room they jumped on it to make it right for me and allowed me to truly enjoy my stay. If you will need to Lyft/Uber from the property to anywhere, allow 10-20 minutes to be assigned a driver and another 10-20 for them to reach you - most of them appear to be coming over from Wichita.
