Perfect location for airport. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. The hotel was beautiful, and our room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I hope we will come back soon.

Amazing service! Great location Highly recommended

The location is fabulous right on the Kordon and next to the passport ferry terminal. Easy to walk to most sites. I had requested a water view room and I got a side water view. The biggest problem with the hotel is that all the workers smoke in the halls breakfast rooms and lobbies. Smelled like smoke everywhere. And there was no air conditioning. Had to open the window at night and could hear all the street sounds. One morning we were picked up for a tour before the breakfast started and they made a sandwich for us. Very nice. Location is the best!

The hotel has amazing location and views. The staff is very friendly. They gave us free upgrades. Thermal pool, spa and sport facilities are top notch. Breakfast is excellent. This is one of the best hotels in Izmir.

Great hotel and staff were so friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy also. Good links to the town. Only downside is the really noisy bar / club accross the bay that gets progressively louder up to 2am. Closed door and was fine though

The breakfast service was great as well as the array of dishes available. Staff in front desk were unhelpful. We asked for assistance securing a tour they said they fuente help with that, we asked for change to tip the bellman, they said they could not offer change. We asked them to put away the copies of our passports which were left on the counter unattended with no concern over privacy.. even when we were going to our rooms already.
