Big hotel, helpful staff, breakfast ok (we arrived towards the end of the sitting and a fed things had not been replenished), room very large and beds comfortable. Didn’t use other facilities. Main area for attention is bathroom which is showing signs of wear and tear - not an issue as wet were only there one night.

Need take more communication with the vendor , in this case was Expedia. I have upgrade the room free, but I paid for that. But that ok in this moment I can due.

Very well maintained and nice facilities.
