No decent parking; only option is underground without an elevator to the lobby, problem starts there having to walk with luggage through car access ramp, not safe. Receptionist at check in was rude, she was full of attitude. Rooms are not clean, bathroom is minuscule. Toilet clogged and not fixed after 2 days complaining. Towels and bedding not replaced even after asked. Smelly towels, as well as pillows. Housekeeping, when they came, did not clean shower floor. Hotel does not give confidence that it is a clean place. Only exception to a really bad experience was the receptionist in the last day; Eduardo was helpful with a last minute issue we had. His good willing was not enough though, we’ll never stay there again.

Nice hotel for a business trip

Nice clean hotel with great friendly staff. Breakfast was good and hotel restaurant was not a bad option for lunch. Language can be a barrier but solvable with google translate. Will stay here again on my next business trip.

Excelente custo x benefício

Hotel próximo ao Shopping Flamboyant (05 minutos de carro) e ao lado de uma grande academia e de alguns restaurante. O hotel fica afastado dos pontos turísticos e de maior interesse na cidade, exceto, o Estádio Serra Dourada. A região do hotel é calma e o hotel é extremamente confortável e atende a sua categoria. A crítica fica em relação ao café da manhã, que considero aquém do padrão do hotel, em relação a variedade. Outro ponto de atenção é sobre a necessidade de pequenas manutenções, por exemplo: a fechadura da porta do banheiro apresentou defeito. De forma geral, recomendo a hospedagem e seguramente retornarei.

O mais completo e melhor da região!

No AlphaPark Hotel me sinto em casa. Todos os funcionários da recepção são super atenciosos, o pessoal da limpeza, super cuidadosos em tudo e o café da manhã, é sensacional. Desde uma simples tapioca até itens mais elaborados...tudo é muito gostoso. Aliás, no domingo de Páscoa, o café estava surreal. Nunca vi tantas iguarias deliciosas em nenhum hotel por onde passei nessa data.
