The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated.

It’s the third time I stayed there. It seems after OYO took over the service quality decreased! Less options for breakfast, employees in the kitchen seems to work unhappy. An average stay! Not bad at all, but not as good as the previous ones!

TERROR EM GOIÂNIA
Houve atraso para o início do check in, marcado para às 14h. Ingressamos no quarto, sem direito às toalhas de banho, pois segundo o recepcionista não haviam toalhas disponíveis e não havia uma previsão de quando chegariam. O quarto (1002) não oferecia condições mínimas de permanência e salubridade, pois apresentava chão encardido, paredes quebradas, paredes sujas (inclusive com vestígios de fluídos corporais suspeitos), cortinas extremamente sujas, janela quebrada (faltava um dos vidros), banheiro com forte odor de urina, lâmpada do banheiro queimada. Ressalto que o ar condicionado do quarto estava com defeito, num dia de muito calor em Goiânia, a sensação de abafamento era geral e eu suava excessivamente. Além disso, cabe pontuar que a estrutura do hotel é antiga, o elevador é velho e apresenta muitos rangidos, tudo no lugar exala abandono, pouca ou nenhuma manutenção. Por outro lado, as fotos do estabelecimento que constam no “Hoteis.com”, revelam um local simples, porém aparentemente bem cuidado, o que me motivou a contratar as diárias, haja vista que, em tese, conferia um custo-benefício interessante para uma estadia curta. Em resumo, mesmo tendo contratado duas diárias, deixamos o hotel no mesmo dia do check in e solicitamos o ressarcimento. Quando estava de partida, clientes se humilhavam na recepção para conseguir toalhas e cobertores, no que o recepcionista alegou que não tinha disponível para todo mundo. Pura humilhação. Não volto nunca mais.
