Este é um hotel muito bom é ótimo se você estiver lá para fazer compras bom estacionamento, a segurança do hotel é boa, o restaurante tem boa comida, o café da manhã é bom, mas muitas pessoas ficam neste hotel devido à conveniência que fica no centro da área comercial. A luta é que existem 3 elevadores e sua espera geral por um elevador é de 5 a 10 minutos ou mais, dependendo da hora do dia.

Very crowded and noisy area

The front of the the hotel was crowded 6 am on my check out fulled of street vendors. I had to walk across the street to catch the ubber drive. The food of the restaurant was not great and the customer service was terrible

Hotel excelente, muito bem conservado quarto limpo, organizado e,aconchegante e bem decorado. Café da manhã com várias opções. O chuveiro do banheiro apresentou um probleminha e ao entrar em contato com a recepção imediatamente acionaram o pessoal da manutenção que solucionarem o problema em pouco tempo. Colaboradores da recepção muito atenciosos e educados, cheguei antes do horário previsto do check in e a atendente me informou que eu ganharia a cortesia do hotel e entraria mais cedo para o quarto. Parabéns a toda equipe.

Muitos pontos negativos, alguns positivos.

Esse hotel tem alguns graves problemas de dimensionamento, considerando que são 12 andares com mais de 20 apartamentos cada. Os 3 elevadores não suportam o tanto de gente que precisam transportar, sempre tem fila no térreo pra subir, e no andar vc tem que rezar pra chegar um elevador que te caiba (no primeiro dia levei 10minutos pra conseguir um elevador que coubesse eu e meu marido, porque sempre chegava cheio). Um dia descemos de escada do 12º andar (a escada caiu no meio da área de café da manhã), e chegando lá embaixo tinha um monte de lixo e utensílios de limpeza obstruindo a passagem (que por ser rota de fuga de emergência não poderia ter nada). Outro dia subimos pela escada que sai na recepção e tinha cone e um banner também obstruindo rota de fuga de emergência. Além disso, a área do café da manhã é ridiculamente pequena pra quantidade de quartos que tem no hotel. Mais uma vez, várias filas (uma pra entrar na área do café, pois são poucas mesas; outra pra fila de pegar comida, pois a área é pequena e muitas vezes acabava prato, xícara, etc). Os funcionários ficavam piradinhos no café da manhã. Ao fim da estadia, eu tive que sair antes do horário que inicia o café da manhã, portanto perguntei na noite anterior se era possível fornecer uma banana e um iogurte para que não saíssemos em jejum, e foi negado. Pontos positivos: eles repõe garrafa de água cortesia no frigobar, e tem um biscoito e um bombom também cortesia. O cobertor é daqueles pesadinhos (duvet).

Bom, recomendo!

Gostei, porem o hotel não tem elevadores e nem restaurante que suportam a quantidade de hóspedes, causando tumulto e fila de espera. Mas no geral, recomendo por excelente localização pra compras e funcionários muito educados e solícitos em nos atender.

Nao foi absurdamente ruim, mas nao voltaria.

A recepcao do hotel é um caos.. fila enorme, demora no atendimento, muita gente chegando e saindo.. Os elevadores sao outro problema, extremamente demorados.. sao muito pequenos e nao comportam o publico do hotel, sempre lotados e com fila de espera. O quarto é pequeno, mas confortavel.

Problemas

Elevador do meio não estava funcionando e os outros dois estavam bem lentos, havia filas nos elevadores e ao chegar no quarto após resolver ir de escada e subir seis andares o quarto que reservei já estava com outras pessoas dentro, ao voltar de escadas mais seis andares a solução foi trocar nosso quarto para um no 13 andar sendo que os elevadores estavam péssimos. Resolvemos ir embora pra outro hotel.
