Não foi boa, o quarto não era limpo, apesar de pedir para limpar, chegamos a adoecer de alergia. Café sem criatividade , mas o atendimento no café dos funcionários era bom, eram simpáticos. A recepção do hotel não era simpática. O manobrista muito simpático e solícito.

Atendimento e wifi ruim, restante é bom

Local é bom, porem achei absurdo negar entrada no apartamento por conta de 25 minutos, não é nada barato para ficar com essa mizéria. Wifi não funcionou hora nenhuma, se for trabalhar vai passar raiva.

O quarto estava sem toalhas de banho no quarto e só percebi quando estava saindo do chuveiro. Pedi para recepção e fiquei esperando uns 10 min. O hotel tem uma excelente localização e a comida do restaurante (almoço) é ótima. Os quartos são bem legais e bonitos mas infelizmente tive este contratempo que deixou a experiência desagradável.
