Was very disappointed with the unit. The unit was not clean by any means. The bath room had a bad offensive smell about it also kitchen sink not clean stove dirty and glasses and cup needed to be washed before they could be use.

Not impressed for the cost

If you want convenience to Broadbeach this is it. If you expect value for money for $250+ per night, cleanliness, comfort and privacy, then I suggest you look elsewhere. Many aspects of the room were not clean. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. The double bed was on rollers and would shift around on the smooth floor whenever you got in or out of bed. The sofa/couch was rock hard. Generally all the furniture was of poor quality. The room faced the street with a coffee shop opposite to our room. The curtains had to be drawn or patrons in the coffee shop and opposing car-park could view the bedroom and living area. The curtains had to be drawn with the lights on at anytime of the day for privacy. (Block out blinds or even wire screens on the windows would be of benefit!). I expected a basic, but comfortable room at a minimum. The staircase also smelt strongly of cigarette smoke.

Quite possibly the filthiest place I have ever stayed at. Old dishes were left in the dishwasher which had become mouldy. We only realised this on the last day but it explained the stench. Old dirty cutlery and rubbish had been left in cupboards. There was faeces smeared on the wall above the toilet. We advised the guy at the front desk of some of the cleanliness issues on the Saturday morning and he said it would be cleaned again that day but it never happened. It does not get worse than this. I wrote to management seeking a response but never got one so will leave this review for the public as a warning to stay away from this place. I expect a response from Management denying everything as they have with other negative reviews. STAY AWAY.

It was easy to get there and close to where we needed to be. A but shabby in the unit. On the plus side, the shower was good, the bed reasonably comfortable and the area was quiet for the time we were there.

My stay.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. However I noticed a hole in the ceiling where a fire alarm once was and also a spit in the fabric on the lounge. The grounds were well kept as was the pool area. Check in and check out was quick and easy.
