If you can stay in a renovated unit there do so, I stayed in an un renovated unit as the renovated were all booked and it was awful.. terrible apartment, dirty, old filthy and genuinely not worth it. Opt for somewhere else.

We were very dissapointed, when we arrived there was a aircon repair man in our unit for almost 2 hrs then the aircon started leaking all ove the carpet and back of the Tv at 1am meaning we had no aircon, also the room was dirty. No hot water in the morning at all. Very basic amenities too

Our room needed to be fixed. Closet door didn’t close properly, bathroom door obviously had previous water damage to it. For an apartment, we had no storage for our belongings and had to live out of the suitcase. It could have done with a better clean also.

Worst accommodation ever, arrived to dirty filthy sticky apartment, smelly drains, which made clogging noise when running water, old tired furniture, carpet was revolting, socks were black in 5 mins walking around carpet area which says something, bathroom had pubic hair round toilet seat and on floor, black ring round toilet bowl, washing machine was dusty & again filthy, utensils, crockery, glassware shortage, ie 1 knife, folk, spoon, 1 baby coffee cup, no tea towels or wipes, fridge had big puddle of water on bottom of vegetable fruit compartment when firstly opened, plus lack of towels, not impressed at all considering I paid $350 per night $45 extra each night in taxes & fees for a king studio, disgraceful, a total of $395 per night for a single person, is that reasonable, should really be reimbursed in some way for this experience, I wanted a refund at the time to leave & go somewhere else but was advised by Wotif agents it would take 10 days to do so so had to stay in this poor disgraceful apartment instead. Will not recommend to anyone I know a complete overcharged dump to be exact. One receptionist was very nice however but the other one was cold uninviting and needs to brush up on her people skills & frontline customer service.

This property was horrible. Walked in the unit and it hardly had been cleaned. Hair all over the floor of the bathroom, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, bed sheets had stains all over. Sat down out on the balcony to have a glass of wine and dinner only 1 wine glass for 2 people. So I drank out of a water glass that still had lipstick on it from the last person who stayed in the room. My wife sat down on the chair and the chair was broken so she fell off it. I spoke to the lady at reception and asked for a refund so we could find somewhere else to stay. She just laughed like she knew the room was horrid. Terrible place would not recommend.

It’s an older property, however the overwhelming smell when we walked in the room was too much. Then when we walked into the balcony, the table was filthy, the floor disgusting and the grime stuck to the bottom of our feet. What a shame the cleaners aren’t doing their job! Yes it needs refurbishing but it’s budget friendly and simply needs cleaning properly.

Check-in staff was friendly n helpful. Our room was disappointing though - the carpet really needs to be replaced. Doesn't feel good barefoot on it as well; felt damp. Also, we hav 5 pax which is what the room caters for but tge king is actually made up of 2 singles; its really not possible for anyone to sleep in the middle so my son had to put 2 couches together in sleep there

There was only 1 aircon in the lounge where kids' beds were and we needed to leave the main bedroom door open to have cold air coming through. As it is old, there was no USB power points. The lounge light stays on dim all night long. We were right above the neon lights sign that flashes every minute and it was too bright. Swimming pool is great and location is fantastic.

We arrived late at night and when we walked into the room there were cockroach's everywhere. We killed 3 big ones in matter of minutes. The carpet needs a good clean. We had been travelling all day and had shoes on all day so had clean feet had a shower and went to bed we got up early had a shower to freshen up before leaving to travel home and dirt came off our feet in the shower from walking on the dirty carpet. The bathroom floor felt dirty aswell. NEEDS A GOOD CLEAN.
