I stayed for 1 night with my children aged 8,6 and 7 months. Staff were absolutely amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The pool was really deep in all areas. Too deep for my 6 year old. Really wish it had a little area she could have stood. The stairs into the pool are quite small. Also the balcony has a small glass panel. The balcony itself is tiny with a small table and 2 chairs. 6 year old could easily stand on the chair and climb over the balcony. 8 year old could do it without the chair. Did give me a bit of anxiety.

Loved that the hotel was right at a tram stop. Tram stops make it fast to get anywhere you want to go! Didn’t like that there was n not alot of walkable dining..had to jump on the tram.
