The view from our room on floor 21 was amazing! Highly recommended the salmon from the hotel restaurant and breakfast !! Also if you have an electric car charging was complementary I also include the parking in my package was convenient. Good value for money and all services.

The room we were assigned (pool view) is quite noisy, I can’t sleep well at the first night coz the people living next door kept on talking during midnight even I put on my ear plug, I can still hear. On the 3rd day, after our day trip we returned at around 4pm and surprisingly discovered our room was not serviced, maybe because it’s a busy holiday season but I was quite disappointed. The only part I appreciated is that all the reception staff are very nice and helpful.

I only booked because I had to stay in Surfers Paradise at short notice for two days. I was so impressed that I am going back next month for a mini vacation. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Polite and friendly and efficient.

Massive fight in the foyer then couldn’t sleep at all due to kids partying next door. I complained to security who told them to whiten down which they did. Great hotel other than feeling unsafe. Will stay elsewhere next time
