I travel to the GC dozens of times each year and this property must be one of the oldest, tired and sad property I’ve ever stayed in. From the dingy carpark to get your key to the bad fluorescent lighting in the hallways and rooms, sad bathrooms with broken shower screens to the horrible uncomfortable bed this place puts motels to shame. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere!

Visited the Coast for a concert, and found the property to be very convenient for transport to the venue. Also everything else we needed was close by. The property was clean and tidy; a few little things needed repair, just wear and tear stuff, nothing unsafe or obvious. Would stay there again, value for money.

Room was disgusting, the carpet was wet, bed sheets and blankets were dirty. Air conditioner was broken. Ceiling fan would only work on low. Floor in the bathroom was sticky. Spoke to management, they didn’t care at all and laughed at as. Asked for a discount, have not received anything. This place is filthy and horrible. The staff member was no help what so ever. Highly do not recommend.

Absolutely do not recommend this place—save your money! For what you pay, you can find somewhere much better. It's vastly overpriced for what it offers. The kitchen had cockroaches, the bedsheets were stained, and there was rubbish left on the bedside table. I really wish I had read the reviews before booking. People were smoking in the pool area, and the entire courtyard smelled of cigarette smoke (and I’m a smoker, so that’s saying something). To top it off, a man was passed out by the pool with an ironing board next to him, using it as a table for snacks—he seemed like he might have been homeless. I’m beyond disappointed and will never stay here again.

This is our second time staying here. It’s a good budget option for a family vacation. It’s location is great if you are using public transport and walking distance to both Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise.

A lot more run down than the photos depicted. Not worth the money I paid. Someone was smoking pot in the adjoining room and it seeped in under the door. Pin pad to garage was broken when we were due to leave so had to wait for someone to come open it

Unfortunately we noticed sheets on one bed had hairs and some dirt in it. Fans were thick with dust so we couldn't turn them on. Other guests were smoking near the pool area sitting directly under a no smoking sign and waking around other areas smoking. The smoke was coming through our windows. We requested a refund of the 2nd booked night (24 hours notice) so we could stay somewhere else but we were refused as it was supposed to be 48hrs notice. Yes it is a cheaper accommodation option but not cheap enough to dismiss certain things. Super disappointed. We opted to stay somewhere else anyway the second night. It put a bit of a strain on the budget

For a motel, the room was very spacious and it was very clean. Only Grievance was the office was not attended at 2pm for check-in and also the computer system was very slow to load at reception for check-in.
