Booked/paid for a unit with aircon. Tried to turn it on and it wouldn't work. Sent a message asking how to use it and the reply was "we forgot to tell you it doesn't work." Asked for some money back as we would've booked elsewhere and not paid extra for AC. Said they'd get back to us. Never did.

We loved staying here! The apartment was beautiful, clean and well designed. The kitchen was full of very useful appliances such as an air fryer and a sandwich press. Our beds were comfortable and our view of the pool was so nice . And walking across to harbour town shopping centre was an easy 10 minutes. Also its withing easy drving distance to all theme parks!! We would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely stay here again in the future 😀. Thank you harbour quay apartment's for making our stay so enjoyable 👍 The Wright Family.

We stayed here for our girls representative sporting weekend and it was perfect. Clean, comfy beds, big ensuite, washing machine n dryer for dirty uniforms, heaps of room to relax and unwind after a long day. Excellent facilities, very safe with security doors and gates for our car. At the right price we would definitely stay here again. Thank you. Also excellent communication with our change of arrival time. Thank you.

Loved our stay, nice and modern apartment with great style. 3 things I didn't like, neighbours smoking and blew up to my apartment almost every 30 minutes, (who smokes that much?) would be ideal if there was a non smoking side. 2. No plug for bath didn't expect that as I booked an apartment with a tub. 3. Floors were not vacuumed, dirt was visible around the sofas and even on the sofa. That was a flat out miss from the cleaners. One horrible thing happened the mirror hanging on the wall by the entrance fell to the floor and shattered everywhere, the hook was sooo weak, it was unfortunate it fell just as we were exiting the room. Called manager instantly to explain. No refund even though it was not our fault. I suggest put every heavy hanging mirror or art on the floor or away in wadrobe to protect your bond. To be honest too much wall art and ornaments everywhere, basically don't touch anything 😂 basic functionality is better with less clutter. Overall enjoyed our stay we will go back again and ask for a room with no mirrors haha.

Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. Parking is secure enough. Security around the property provides peace of mind. The pool looks beautiful and one of the main reasons I picked this accommodation; but unfortunately it was extremely cold. If it was a heated pool, our stay would have been complete. Its close location to harbour town was very convenient.

My family 2 adults, 2 kids stay here for a week, while exploring the Gold Coast and the Theme Parks. The Apartment was clean and spacious, with balcony, we felt safe here, Kids enjoyed the pool, very close to Harbour Town Shopping Centre centrally located. Communication with staff prior to arrival was great. I would highly recommend Harbour Quay apartments if you planning your next trip in this vicinity. Thankyou !!

Less than a 3 minute walk to harbor town. Which is perfect if you want to go for a meal, movie or massage. The apartment was clean and tidy. There was enough essentials to keep me going for my four night stay. I would definitely recommend and will stay again.
