Had booking month in advance but even though I spoke to staff three times prior to check in was not informed of airshow and road blockages that would stop us getting access to the hotel unless we walked without baggage crowd and distance Until five in the afternoon after getting there at two which ruined partner‘s birthday and management offered her a cocktail Compensation also Rager come to parking. There was lots of confusion. Many people were in the same boat and management pretty much said we couldn’t follow basic instructions. Very rude. Will not be staying again.

We were celebrating our 20th Wedding anniversary so the Hilton added a lively gesture to our room. A congratulations card, bottle of wine and 2 pieces of chocolate cake. The room that we had was lovely and clean. The room was what was advertised and we thought we’d get which doesn’t happen always. Photos don’t look like the hotel room which we’ve experienced in the past.
