Although services were great, the room we stayed in had sewerage issues making our stay quite unpleasant as it filled up our room. The exhaust fan was also not working leaving us with discomfort. The plumbing was gurgling quite a lot that relased bad odours from the drainage. Room was also quite dusty which triggered my asthma and my partners eczema.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite. In the main bathroom, the shower is over the bath. The side wall of the bath is quite high and I found it difficult to step over getting both in and out and also the bath was quite slippery. I would like to see a steadying handle fitted to the wall opposite the glass walled entry point. I am a senior citizen and I felt several times that I was going to slip and fall

We had a fantastic stay at Hilton Surfers Paradise. The location was incredibly convenient — close to everything we needed, including the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was seamless and easy to access, which made things even more convenient. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d happily stay here again!
