The room was spacious and well appointed,the only comment I would like to make is the room was so far down the back of the complex and I'm glad I'm not handicapped as there were stairs midway from my room to lifts of which there were two adjacent each other right near the lobby.Maybe they need to make future guests aware of this.

Booked a 2 night stay of this property with a “marina view and balcony” we were tucked into a corner with limited view. Tried to check in at 5pm with the front desk unoccupied, went to the bar area to ask for service when a very young man came out lazily and gave the most poorest instructions on how to open the door with key (card) and how to get to our room. The neighbours were smoking on their balcony despite it being a no smoking zone and no one checked in, being non-smokers we were not able to enjoy the balcony, nor leave the balcony doors open due to smell. The aircon was leaking mould down the wall and over the light switch and the room smelt wet and musty. The floor near the aircon felt damp. There was a microwave and kettle, plus a bar fridge. No cutlery to make a coffee, but they had mugs and coffee sachets. TV didn’t connect and would try to connect for over an hour both nights - gave up. Decor extremely outdated and some areas of hotel smelt like off seafood.

The surrounding were great, our room was not well maintained, dirty shower, broken toilet seat, no iron, no plates, no glasses to drink out of, no cups for tea or coffee, no toaster, no plates,Staines on bedspreads, smoke detector in cupboard, not working, filthy outside our ranch slider door under the aircon, no T towel, no dish cloth, reported to management but they did nothing, trouble trying to close ranch slider, throughout our room is was not clean, and not well maintained at all.

Onsite basement carpark is unsafe - we had our car broken into with personal items and luggage stolen. There are cameras everywhere but we were told they don’t work and haven’t worked for years. The attitude from staff and management was slack and they could not care less that our property had been stolen, they just said call the police as they couldn’t do anything. They were completely unsympathetic and we will not be returning. The rooms a fairly clean and tidy, but the area around the property and the hotel common areas are dirty and untidy.

Generally the room, beds and amenities were fine and comfortable. Bathroom is starting to get tired and needs refurbishing Out door areas need sweeping and washing - Just accumulated dirt and grime. Otherwise fine and I will stay again.

This was now my second stay at this place through a different hotel booking site. This was in hopes we would get a cleaner room than last time. This time we were treated from the very start when we arrived quite rudely. We had been then told a bond was to be put down ( this was not a thing 3 weeks ago when i stayed through air bnb ). When i had mentioned this was not in the booking information, the reception lady snarched the paper off me and told me to cancel my booking than throubh the website and find somewhere else. My partner and i were shocked, and just said no that was fine, it was late, we were tired and just assumed maybe she was having a bad afternoon. We get to our hotel room, it is actually disgusting that the room was not cleaned at all. Not even the tops of the side tables were cleaned. They all had some type of stickiness and grime to them. The bathroom was appalling. We think that someone may of had a stomach bug previous, because we were both sick the entire stay. I could not find anyone to contact to help, we were told that we could not have another room. And basically had nowhere elese to go apart from stay at this hotel. Both experiences have been disgusting and i advise to not book at this place.
