Have stayed here a few times now and it has been great, very affordable, comfortable, clean room, friendly staff and patrons. Unfortunately this stay the shower was mouldy, the toilet leaked water so the floor in the bathroom was constantly wet, the kitchenette was clean but there was only 1 coffee cup in the room, no knives and forks and no tea towel or dish washing detergent. Was a bit disappointed this stay but at least the beds are comfortable and the view is always spectacular.

My advice is find alternative accommodation the lack of staff & customer service is a joke cleanliness was below average, no wifi to entertain teens or stream movies.. staff had zero care factor Avoid if possible

We couldn’t go because of cyclone Alfred, tried calling many times over 2 days - no answer, sent an email - no response and also tried their online chat - no response. I don’t even know if they were there for other guests. Absolutely appalling.

Just a quick one night stopover but the room was lovely overlooking the marina … very quiet and peaceful … clean and well furnished… having read some bad reviews I was a bit dubious but we had a great stay … ate a casual dinner out in the terrace and breakfast there the next morning…. Staff were all pleasant and helpful… an absolute bargain for what we paid.. would definitely stay again x

Affordable Comfort

We had beautiful Harbour Views. Which was amazing for the price we paid. 2 x queen beds. There were a few maintenance issues. But we were not bothered by that, due to the fair pricing

The room stunk of dirty sweat and cigarette despite a sign stating $1800 fine for smoking, sheets didn't look like they were clean, rubbish bin in cupboard hadn't been emptied, toilet seat was up when I arrived, Curtains were grey full of dirt not white.
