I have been coming here for the past 12 years and my family and I love the pools. The lagoon is amazing and unique and the indoor people is gorgeous as well. The outdoor spa has not worked the past few times but the indoor one still works well. The apartments are nice but some of the ones we have stayed in could do with a refresh. Other than that, would definitely recommend as it is also reasonably priced if you find the right deal.

It was centrally located with shops right below and came with parking and the benefit of a short walk to the beach. However it was hard to be lcoate a free a designated parking spot. The elevators in tower 2 smelt bad and our room was not clean though the housekeeping staff left a note they did. The other towers and the swimming pools levels were clean. We passed on the feedback to the front desk who promised to look into it but I doubt anything would change.

Hot location

Great hotel and location for 3 friends on holiday. Our room had 2 bedrooms and ample space to chat/mingle. The lagoon pool was excellent for my heavily pregnant body. Plus we were close to attractions and restaurants

The air-conditioning was not working and had to stay in this heat weather without air-condition and what they offered is to downgrade our stay to provide a property with air-condition in addition to the poor condition of the property

Everything was ok except for check - in, where we had to walk around for 2 hours in the heat waiting to check - in. I also think the pics shown of the rooms to sell the deals, should be of the actual room I'm paying for,and not what I think I'm going to get. I wasn't too impressed with our room, as I thought I was getting what I had seen in the pic,but we made it work,only 1 tv and poor furniture.
