Friendliest and so very helpful staff members especially the front desk. Parking was a breeze. The rooms were clean and tidy.. couple of small things like bottled water in the fridge and may be a couple more towels but no big deal. Value for money and I was pleasantly surprised of what you got for that.. Definitely will be staying again

Room was dirty, floors, curtains and bathroom. Room smelt like someone had been smoking in it, terrible. Fire alarm went off three times during the night with load broadcasts, when I called reception which is 24 hours, multiple times, no one answered. No apologies upon check out. Will never stay here again.

The location of the property was perfect, the property itself was a bit old, walking into the reception there was a very bad smell, it took a long time and few calls to get anything sent up. The bathroom fan didn’t work and we had to shower with the bathroom door open. Also the remote for the tv in the lounge didn’t work, they had to change the batteries and it was extremely slow. The tv in the bedroom was old and not a smart tv so we couldn’t sit in bed TV. We always stay at the Meriton surfers and Sydney location overall our experience at the Broadbeach location was not good other than the location.

Hotel was lovely and clean with great amenities in a really great location. Didn't like that the rooms are not serviced daily, you have to have a minimum 4 night stay to receive a service. My expectation of a good hotel is that you have the option for a daily service
