Used to be a favourite!

This used to be one of my favourties, though this time round a few issues, inside spa issues, made several attempts to get sorted, freezing (not good for winter weather), and didn't work, very disappointed for the money paid, given it was also Seafire night and there was a rope outside the bedroom banging for both nights I was there with the wind. Nothing done. Seafire was good though.

Great facilities- indoor and outdoor pools, gym. Rooms are very spacious and the price was very reasonable . Lovely coffee shop downstairs. Tram stop very close.

Disappointing stay

We booked this hotel as we wanted to use afterpay. We went through the Afterpay site to find accommodation and choice this place Upon arrival was told they dont accept this and was offered through a third party only. They only accept paymem on the day and would not accept adterpay as a payment This was not a good start. So we had to pay outright with our card. So our holiday spending was dramatically reduced. Then we had to pay for a carpark per night on top of this. This was NOT disclosed prior so more money lost The room itself and general motel nothing impressive for a 5 star. We will definitely not be returning to this strand of motels anywhere

The room was nice, though small and the bed and couch weren't too comfortable for us. The bedroom was also difficult to keep cool, despite the individual aircon. The views, lobby and pool area were great.

The room was lovely and clean. Check in and out was quick and efficient. It was close to everything and we had a nice view of the ocean, even though we didn't pay the extra for it :)
