The receptionists are entitled, never smile or have kindness as the hostess they are supposed to be towards a guest. They look at you as if they were doing you a favor by receiving or helping you about the hotel and if you asking stuff to them is a bother. Annoying all of them. I was truly waiting for this stay and this is not a 5 stars property. Just a wannabe 4.5 stars. Disappointed. There’s not even a water of bottle among amenities!!! Please avoid this location, cause there are WAY BETTER hotels in Surfers Paradise that worth your money.

I liked the view of our property. The staff there were very nice and inviting. There was cheap public transport very nearby and shops were an easy walk away. The room service and restraints there carters to everyone’s needs and had a wide range of food options and varieties. The indoor pool was closed for maintence and the outdoor pool had two spas. But the outdoor pool was always very crowded. The area around the pool was very lovely and was well kept. The gym was small but good for what it was. Overall the room was very nice and clean. The staff were excellent and the views of the ocean were fantastic!

The Apartment was great, had an amazing time, the pools were great. Only downside was the carpark, made to pay money for the carparking but still needed to call front desk every time we wanted to enter or exit for them to manually open the boom gate.
