We randomly got a disabled/ accessible room which was a super convent location and the bathroom was huge but it was such a strange bathroom. Netflix wouldn’t work so we were stuck with free to air tv but overall was a nice room and service was great. Having the bar/food attached is awesome. Food was amazing.

The rooms were clean, the mattress overhung the base by quite a bit so the mattress would sag that side. The breakfasts were cold ( sausages, bacon, eggs,tomato)

This was a easy place to stay supper Comfortable beds and friendly, hard-working staff, easy location to shops and beach only thing that let them down was the Lack of cleanliness. Not sure if this was a staffing issue or not, as everybody seem to be working so hard.

Guests were smoking in the stairwells

I was a little annoyed to see another guest smoking in the stairwell which the smell lingered into the floor of the hotel rooms. I called reception twice because it also was coming through the split system which I believe wherever the outdoor units are kept someone was smoking near those as well as the termite smoke smell was lingering in our room
